You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access data belonging to another customer; reverse engineer or circumvent security controls; upload unlawful or infringing content; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
As between you and Laneify, you own the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the Service. We will handle Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data.
The Service lets you connect your own third-party accounts (carriers, marketplaces, ERP, identity providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for having the right to use and connect them. Laneify is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts and omissions.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) at the rates shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laneify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim.
